How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the link provided in the email to view the current status of your order. Alternatively, you can track your package by entering your order number in the ‘Track Order' section of our website.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Contact@poparuba.com. If we catch it before the item ships, we can update the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we will have to wait for the item to be returned to us before we can send it to the correct address.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Contact@poparuba.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost, or if that’s not possible, we will offer a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Contact@poparuba.com. The item must be in unused and resellable condition, and in its original packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
