Return Instructions
If you'd like to return an item to Poparuba.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the items in their original packaging. All products must be returned in good condition. If the product you received is damaged, please contact Customer Service.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable method like USPS or insured mail. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Important Notes:
- No return fee is charged to customers.
- Shipping, handling, and other fees are reimbursed.
- A valid tracking number is required for processing the return.
- Regular items may be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Once our fulfillment center receives and confirms your return (typically within 72 hours), you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued within 7 days of confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Refund Policy
Returns
We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. You may return your item within 30 days if it is unused and in excellent condition. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us at Contact@poparuba.com before returning the item to receive return instructions.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, contact us at Contact@poparuba.com, and we will process your exchange. No restocking fee applies.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please email us at Contact@poparuba.com with photos of the product. There’s no need to return the item—we’ll send you a replacement immediately.
Incorrect or Misrepresented Items
If your order is incorrect or not as described, contact us with photos at Contact@poparuba.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label. Once tracking is available, we’ll ship a replacement immediately.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted. Simply follow our return process as outlined above.
Order Cancellations
Orders are usually processed and shipped immediately. If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us right away. While we’ll do our best to accommodate the cancellation, we cannot guarantee it. If the order has already shipped, you may return it once received.
Note: All refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. It may take up to 7 days to process the refund, plus 3–5 business days for it to reflect in your bank account.
